TRAINING SESSION FOR SMALL GROUPS / COUPLES:
In K-TRAINER we design group / couples training sessions de 1 hour long, where we will focus on training dynamic, varied and interactive. We will combine different training trends to provide a variety of benefits in the session, managing to create funniest sessions, intense and improve our balance of well-being.
